Black Garlic Bulbs

Domestically grown and sustainably sourced. These black garlic bulbs are aged using a month-long, proprietary process that includes controlled heat and humidity. The resulting product is natural, with no additives or preservatives. While it is not meant to replace raw garlic, fermented black garlic can be used in similar dishes to create new flavor.
