Baharat (Salt-Free)

An all-purpose Middle Eastern spice blend that's sometimes also known as Lebanese Allspice. Since Baharat spice mix is an all-purpose seasoning, it can be used in a variety of different recipes. Traditionally, Baharat spices are used in kibbeh, which is a classic Lebanese and Syrian dish with ground beef and lamb, bulgur wheat, and pine nuts. Baharat spice blends come in many different versions, and ours is salt-free and has an element of heat to it, registering about a 3 on a heat scale of 1-10.
